Non-Breaded Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Vegan Style Buffalo Cauliflower Wing

  • 1/2 head cauliflower broken down into florets (1/2 head for every 2-3 people)
  • 1/2 cup New Primal Buffalo Sauce
  • 4 oz Ranch
  • 1 rib celery, cut
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can avocado oil spray
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder


  • preheat oven to 400
  • line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • spray baking sheet with avocado oil
  • bread cauliflower down into florets. spray a light mist of avocado oil on florets. sprinkle garlic powder on florets.
  • roast cauliflower florets at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes
  • toss cooked cauliflower florets in New Primal Buffalo Wing Sauce. garnish with salt and pepper to taste.
  • serve with ranch and celery
