Thai Chicken Peanut Wrap

Thai Chicken Peanut Wrap

Easy Thai Peanut Wrap for an Easy Lunch !

I am always on the hunt for and easy but yummy lunch! This Thai Style Asian Peanut Chicken Wrap fits both of those things. This wrap is tasty, light but filling, and is low calorie!

I was recently at Costco, and shopping hungry…cardinal sin…LOL ! I love to eye up the ready-made food section…and there they were…the Asian Chicken Wraps that they sell….the ones in the green tortillas…you know you’ve seen them..!!

I LOVE sauces. The peanut sauce that they serve with these wraps alone, is enough to lure me in! I however resisted the impulse and didn’t buy. Why you may ask…? I have bought these on an impulse before and wasn’t super happy with them….the crunchy noodles inside the wrap were soggy…and it just killed it for me.

I decided to make my own chicken wraps! And let me tell you… I was NOT disappointed!!! I did pick up a Rotisserie Chicken while at Costco, and that is what I would use in this wrap! Everything else I changed up!
