Today is the first day of 2021!! I think we are all looking forward to a more normal, healthy, and positive 2021. The holiday was as good as it could be and we even had the most beautiful white Christmas in Ohio! With a little creativity and social distancing, we were still able to exchange gifts with the ones we love!

I was given the OXO 3-Blade Hand Held Spiralizer as a gift from my neighbor and I couldn’t have been more excited when I opened it!! I have a love for all OXO products. OXO products just work…they last forever and almost all OXO products can be thrown in the dishwasher!

I was a little nervous to try this zoodle maker, only because I have tried so many different brands of spiralizers…and never had much luck. A lot of the spiralizers I tried that worked…somewhat.. were a pain to put together and to wash. I have even attempted to use my food processor to make zoodles…sorry but zoodles aren’t worth all that work! As soon as I tried this spiralizer, I was in love and had to share it with all of you!

I finally found an easy to use and easy to clean spiralizer!

This spiralizer is amazing! Create three different sizes of vegetable noodles in uniform spirals The food holder/cap protects hands when in use and during storage. It has a Non-slip grip for comfortable spiralizing. It has an open design accommodates both long and round vegetables. The three stainless steel blades are color-coded for quick identification which is great for grabbing out of drawers!

The spiralizer features spaghetti cut (1/8-in), fettuccine cut (1/4-in) and ribbon cut blades. OXO’s spirazlier is recommended by Cooks Illustrated!!! You know I love my Cook’s Country and America’s Test Kitchen !

The OXO Better Guarantee: If you experience an issue with your OXO product, get in touch with them for a repair or replacement.

Most of all, I would never advocate for buying something that you can’t afford or that you’re not yet ready to implement.

Here is to a happy, healthy, 2021!! Check out my recipe for this tomato chicken pasta below!! You could easily use the spiralizer to create zoodles to go with this dish and make it low carb!!
