Oven Roasted Citrus Salmon

This Oven Roasted Citrus Salmon recipe may seem basic, but I promise you it will be some of the best salmon you ever have. This is so easy to prepare, but is full of flavor and exceeds any salmon I’ve ever had from a restaurant. This is one of those recipes you will make over and over. I make this Oven Roasted Citrus Salmon at least twice a week.

What you will need to make Oven Roasted Citrus Salmon

Four 6-oz skin off salmon filets

(I prefer farm raised…particularly farm raised from Norway…they have best practices. Avoid salmon farmed in Chile ! I prefer the farm raised, because i like my salmon a little more fatty. Wild will work as well!)

1 organic orange

1 organic lemon

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Avocado Oil cooking spray

2 tbsp brown sugar

I have been super into the 90 second rice packets lately. The white basmati rice has been my obsession lately. I mean what is salmon without rice….right?? Or is it just me… The oven roasted salmon with rice and broccoli is a meal that will not disappoint. I think at one point in my life, salmon and rice was all I ate for a few years! I. Really. Love. Salmon.

I also have a recipe for a Brussel Sprout Slaw that is outstanding!!! It goes perfect with salmon! This recipe would work well on the grill too, if summer ever gets here!
