The tortillas in this wrap are 90 calories for 1 tortilla. The turkey is 50 calories for 2 slices. The dressing is 25 calories for 2 tablespoons. The cheese was about 60 calories for a 1/8 cup. I estimate this wrap to be about 225 calories. It was super filling and a great post-workout snack or lunch!

This low calorie turkey wrap is a great post-workout lunch, take on-the-go lunch, or weekend easy lunch! During the week I like to keep my lunches light. I have an ever changing schedule, so sometimes I am eating at home, sometimes in my car in the gym parking lot, or sometimes at work!
I go through little obsessions with food. I’ll get attached to a bread, or a wrap, or a cracker and eat it until I can’t take it anymore!! Right now I am stuck on these FlatOut Light Original Flatbread Wraps. They are only 90 calories and are super filling!
I put everything in them from turkey to eggs or even cook them as a pizza. Sometimes I just tear them apart and dip them in peanut butter. Like I said…I get fixed on something and want it all the time!
