Easy to make Pico De Gallo that will ‘wow’ any crowd !

This easy to make Pico De Gallo is delicious and can be put together quickly! Fresh tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, lime, cilantro, onions and garlic all come together make this dish fresh and full of flavor.

What you need for easy to make Pico De Gallo
4-5 Organic tomatoes on the vine
1 organic jalapeno seeded and diced
1 small or 1/2 large organic sweet onion diced
1/4 cup chopped organic cilantro
Juice of 1 organic small lime
2 organic garlic cloves minced or pressed (optional)

Once you have my homemade, fresh, vibrant Pico De Gallo, you will never go back to store bought! This easy Pico De Gallo is magical, vibrant, fresh, and delicious!

Easy to make Pico De Gallo
Ingredients
- 4-5 Organic tomatoes on the vine
- 1 small organic sweet onion peeled and diced
- 1 organic jalapeno. seeds removed and diced.
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped fine
- 1 small organic lime juiced if larger lime, squeeze out 2 tbsp
- 2 organic garlic cloves minced or pressed optional
- celtic fine ground sea salt to taste
Instructions
- placed all the ingredients listed above in a bowl
- mix and season with salt to taste
- chill in fridge until ready to serve. the longer it sits, the better it will taste!

I have a small obsession with keeping my counter top clean. Don’t ask me why…the counter is made to get dirty…then wiped clean….!
