The dressing is store bought but is full of garlic and tasty olive oil. The fresh basil is an amazing addition to finish this easy tomato cucumber farm salad. The salad comes together in less than 30 minutes and is the perfect side dish for your summer weeknight dinner or fall family get together.

What you will need to make this tomato cucumber salad:
- 2 cups sliced small variety tomatoes
- 2 cups sliced cucumber (peeled)
- 3/4 cup finely sliced sweet onion
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 cup Garlic Expressions Dressing
- Celtic Pink Potassium Cave Salt (you must try this, the healthy benefits are outrageous…and the taste!!)

Garlic Expressions Tomato Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced small variety tomatoes
- 2 cups sliced cucumber (peeled)
- 3/4 cup finely sliced sweet onion
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- Celtic Cave Salt or Celtic Sea Salt to taste
- 1 cup garlic expressions dressing
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients in a bowl except for salt
- Marinate at least 30 minutes before serving
- Add Salt to taste
- Salad will be good for up to 24 hours but is best served in the first 12 hours
