Easy and delicious spicy Bloody Mary Ice Cubes are a must have for any Sunday Funday! An ice cold Bloody Mary is one of my favorite Sunday Brunch Cocktails. What is not my favorite, is a watered down Bloody Mary. I have found the solution to the watered down Bloody Mary! Spicy Bloody Mary Ice Cubes not only prevent watered down cocktails, but add more and more flavor to your drink as they melt. This will be the best Bloody Mary you will ever have!

What you will need to make these Spicy Bloody Mary Ice Cubes

1 – 25 oz jar of Randy’s Black Pepper Pickle Chips

2 1/2 cups of organic tomato juice

worcestershire sauce

hot sauce

fresh jar of horserasdish

1 lemon

1 lime

16 mesh black pepper

sea salt

celery salt

1 8 count Glacio large square cube ice tray (see link below)

vodka of choice

bloody mary mix or organic tomato juice for mixer

How to make Spicy Bloody Mary Ice Cub

1. In a large glass measuring cup combine : 2 1/2 cups of organic tomato juice, 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon hot sauce (or to taste), 1.5 tablespoon fresh horseradish from jar, juice of a lemon, juice of a lime, 3/4 teaspoon fine ground sea salt, 3/4 teaspoon of 16 mesh black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of celery salt. Mix Well.

2. Take the large ice cube tray and sprinkle lightly, salt and pepper and celery seed in the bottom of the cube. Place 1-2 garlic chip pickles (depending on size) with a little pickle juice into each cube.

3. Pour tomato juice mixer into ice tray. Lightly sprinkle the top of the filled ice cube tray with salt, pepper, and celery salt. Place filled tray carefully into a zip lock bag (to keep freezer clean from any spillage). Let freeze 4-6 hours.

4. Add cubes to glass. Then add Bloody Mary mix and Vodka. For a less spicy version, mix tomato juice and vodka with the cubes.

5.Garnish with toppings of choice!

6. (If desired) Make a Bloody Mary Rim out of equal parts sea salt, mesh pepper, and paprika! Line rim with lime juice then dip rim into rim mixture. (Do this before you fill your glass! )

  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1 vodka of choice
  • 1 bloody mary mix of choice or tomato juice

Instructions

I know what your thinking. First of all….what is ‘mesh’ pepper. I had to google it myself the first time I made a recipe that called for it. The US MESH size is a standard unit of measure. This unit of measure determines the number of holes that exist is a standard US Sieve. The larger the mesh number, the finer the pepper becomes. This 16 MESH pepper has been my favorite!!
