A few notes about the eggs
Every once and a while you will open the instant pot after the eggs have cooked, and see one of the eggs cracked and the whites popping out! The eggs look a little unshapely…but still taste and are cooked perfectly!
You can play with the time by about 1 or 2 minutes. If you like your yoke a little less done, then cook a little less!

I was given the Power Pressure Cooker XL 6 quart cooker pressure cooker as a gift!! My better half’s mom got it at Costco at the time, but it is still available on amazon! I love this thing! So easy to use and clean! This really is a great gift to give. The magical power it has to cook boiled eggs perfectly, is reason enough to buy!
